Because they defend of free speech.
Because Librarians know what book you're talking about...(but please, you have to at least know the name, plot, subject or cover art)
Because there is something soothing about a building filled with pages.
Because books (like music) will save us.
Because of Shhhhhhhhh!
Because amazingly, and wonderfully, all those books are free!
And you know what they say about librarians...
